Entering its second decade, Holrob is acknowledged to be among the premier commercial developers in the Southeast. Two years ago, Bob Talbott launched Holrob Communities to bring its commitment to quality product across a wide spectrum of tastes and price ranges. With communities that range from sophisticated country living to urban high-rise condos to detached all-brick condominiums, Holrob Communities is developing homes to enhance lifestyles of all types.
In 2006, Talbott shifted his emphasis to developing residential communities. In a May 2006 Business Journal Article, Talbott explains a few of the benefits of East Tennessee as a retirement destination: "four seasons, no income tax, mountain and lake views, and land that remains relatively inexpensive." That year The Farm at Tralee piqued the residential involvement, and the next year Holland Springs, Harrison Woods and Acadia Villas were developed. Now in 2008, Holrob Communities introduces The Enclave a luxurious maintenance-free retreat located in the heart of Knoxville.
Mr. Talbott contributes a wealth of experience in the areas of finance, acquisition, development, leasing, and property management. Talbott worked twelve years with Horne Properties, Inc., a developer of strip centers and freestanding credit leased facilities, which is headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, and eventually became president of Horne Properties, Inc. During this period, he was involved in the development of in excess of 75 retail properties throughout the South, Southwest, and Midwest. Additionally, Talbott handled the acquisition of office buildings and was involved in the development of apartments, condominiums, subdivisions and an office warehouse. Talbott holds undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Tennessee.
Jeremy P. Floyd has been with Holrob since 2005. Floyd passed the Tennessee Bar Exam shortly after he finished his legal education at the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2006 where he served as Publications Editor of the Tennessee Law Review.

As a licensed real estate professional, Floyd also leads the Holrob Communities team of sales specialists. By blending a diverse group of individuals, Floyd strives to match each customer with a team member to enhance the Holrob Communities Signature Experience.
